EA Sports recently announced a number of updates for Country Clubs in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14 . Not only will clubs see the 25-player limit raised to 100, but club members now earn a coin payout called the “Country Club Loyalty Bonus” for playing consecutive days in a row.

Dreamfall Chapters crests $1 million in funding, debuts in-game footage of ‘Europolis’

Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey ‘s Kickstarter fundraising drive has accumulated more than $1 million of crowd-sourced capital, with 15 days still left to go before the campaign comes to an end. Having reaching this stretch goal, developer Red Thread Games plans to add “new characters, locations and things for players to do, see, interactive with and talk to” in Chapters ‘ two works, Stark and Arcadia.

Injustice match videos continue with Aquaman, Cyborg, Grundy and Lantern

The latest round of Injustice: Gods Among Us fight tapes have been released following the results of NetherRealm Studios’ ongoing popularity contest between the game’s sizable stable of heroes and villains. This time, Atlantean king Aquaman is pitted against fellow Justice League of America member Cyborg (above), while interstellar cop Green Lantern dukes it out with the also green (albeit for a different reason) Solomon Grundy, after the break .

2013 Academy Awards red carpet event streaming on Xbox Live

Ubisoft wants better relationship with PC players

Ubisoft is working to smooth out years of open hostility against legitimate customers of its PC products. Speaking with MCV , Uplay Director Stephanie Perotti announced more third-party partners for the publisher’s digital distribution network, adding, “It shows our commitment to PC, and we want to improve our relationship with the PC community.” Ubisoft’s messaging on this better relationship hangs on larger retail offerings through Uplay and the removal of always-on DRM from its games . Not mentioned are the notorious delays of the publisher’s major games between console and PC launches

Fire Emblem: Awakening ‘Lost Bloodlines’ DLC brings back another old character

This week’s new Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC is “The Lost Bloodlines 1,” available alone for $3 or as a $6 bundle that also grants you two more maps when they’re released. Successful completion of this map unlocks a card to summon Leif from past Fire Emblems. If you’re a Fire Emblem fan, this may be exciting to you; as someone who has jumped into the series with Awakening , all I can say is that his sword has been pretty good when my other characters have found it.
